This sterling silver ring has a lovely, light blue stone shaped as a heart. The stone is 8mm across at the widest point. A gemologist's inspection would be needed to know for sure what the stone is. Four smaller stones are missing on the sides of the heart, these could easily be replaced or left as-is. 
Size is 4 3/4. Found in Montana and one of a kind.
